Q. How much do you charge?
A. It will depend on your particular property, location and size. When you call us, we will be happy to schedule an appointment to stop by and give you a free estimate.
We offer one time cuts, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service. Most houses start as low as $35.00 fee to get the lawn back in shape. One time cuts or "initial cuts" also start at $35 depending on the whether lawn is overgrown or not.
Q. Where do you service?
A. Our service area is focused on Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and nearby areas.
Q. When are your scheduled Lawn Care services?
A. We come every week except the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas and Valentines Day.
Note: There are four months that have five weeks, so we will service the property 49 weeks per year.
Q. Do you cut down, remove or trim trees?
A. We can trim trees up to a height of 15 feet. We do not currently trim trees above 15 feet because a special license and special insurance is required. We can recommend a qualified person to assist you with trees above 15 feet.
Q. Can you trim my hedges?
A. Yes, we can give you a separate estimate to do so.
Q. Are you licensed?
A. Yes, we are licensed in Lee County as a lawn maintenance company.
Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes, we carry a general aggregate limit Commercial General Liability Policy.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept cash, check or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
Q. When is my payment due?
A. Bills are mailed the first of the month and payment is due by the 25th of the same month.
Q. Can I black out certain days of the week for services or have you come at a particular time period of the day?
A. We try to be flexible with your schedule and time of day, however there may be an extra charge depending on the request.
Q. Do you clean up the property after a hurricane?
A. Hurricane debris is the property owner's responsibility. We would be happy to give you a free estimate for clean up work.
Q. When will you resume work after a hurricane?
A. As soon as the property is clear of debris and/or it is safe to proceed to your property.
